Chef Gurjyote Singh Sethi (GJ to his friends) is an accomplished Red Seal Certified chef, who has an extensive and vast experience in Indian and western cuisine. Taking over the legacy from his grandmother in the cooking of various cuisines, he has built a name in the ever-emerging hospitality industry.
His culinary journey started in 1999, upon graduation from Institute of Hotel Management, in New Delhi. There, he worked as a kitchen trainee with Hyatt Regency and eventually worked his way up to become the Executive Chef for The Taj Hotel. Over the past 20 years, he has been nurtured by some of the world´s best chefs, at some of the top hospitality brands, including Mariott, Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental, and Aman Resorts.
